Defragged headspaced, and other lies.

Well, I was finally released from hospital on Saturday morning, and with a cleanish bill of health.

Whilst that is the case, I’m still not back up and running at 100%. As such, the life and times of Maggie Trout and Misanthrope have been put on hold. An off shoot of my treatment has been the decimation of my short-term memory, which, as embarrassing as it is to admit to myself as much as to anyone else, has had me reading my latest stuff from the view-point of a first time reader. Thank goodness I made notes before I went into hospital, so I do actually know what the ending is meant to look like, although it is still a bit of a grey area all round.

To add to this, my concentration isn’t what it usually is, so with all of this in mind, I am putting off returning to Maggie and her Mum for a week at the very least.  My headaches have dropped off quite a bit, but they are most definitely still there.

Aside, it was Mother’s Day here in Australia yesterday, so it was good to be out for that.

Click the picture above, I have put something in it, but can’t for the life of me remember what it is.

    1. Thank you! Still not 100%, but I’m getting there. Specialist again next week, hopefully not for readmission. Hoping you are groovy, and still digging your stuff!

    2. Thank you, I have finally ‘come good’ for want of a better phrase. I still have a fairly long road to go, but at least I am now back up and on my feet again. Cheers once more! N.

    1. Cheers Karina. Thankfully I’m now on the up and up, still dealing with specialists on a weekly basis, but not languishing as an inpatient is a marvellous thing, You are the best. N.
